OEM International has today acquired Unit-Pump with headquarters in Kvistgård in Denmark. The company is an importer and distributor of pumps and mechanical seals and has an annual turnover of approximately DKK 20 million (SEK 31 million). A strong product offering based on long collaboration with many of leading European manufacturers has meant that Unit-Pump has a strong market position within its segment.
- Unit-Pump, which has been active since 1992, with its business model fits in well with OEM and by the acquisition OEM's offer on the Danish market is expanded. The company will be integrated with OEM's Danish operations, OEM Automatic Klitsø A/S, which will be a good addition to the established pump product range, comments Jörgen Zahlin, President and CEO of OEM International.
Access will take place on 1st of November 2023 and the acquisition is not expected to have any impact on OEM's results for the current year.
