As more time is needed to finalise the audit and prepare the Annual Report 2023, Arcario AB has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting from 28 May 2024 to 13 June 2024 as well as to postpone the publication of the Annual Report 2023 to 23 May 2024. The financial calendar has been updated accordingly.
Arcario will convene the Annual General Meeting to 13 June 2024 separately.
