Telia Company: Sale of Telia Denmark to Norlys receives regulatory approval

Telia Company has today received regulatory approval from the Danish Competition Council for the intended sale of Telia Denmark to Norlys, first announced (https://www.teliacompany.com/en/press-releases/6242A3136136B4B4) on April 25, 2023. Telia now expects the transaction to close in early April.
