The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB (“Embracer Group”) has changed due to A shares being converted into B shares. 12,798,274 A shares have been converted into B shares. Through the conversion the number of B shares have increased by 12,798,274 and the total number of votes have decreased by 127,982,740.
As of 30 April 2024, the number of shares in Embracer Group therefore amounts to 1,339,540,757, of which 54,000,000 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 1,285,540,757 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 30 April 2024 is 1,825,540,757.
As of 30 April 2024, Embracer Group does not hold any own shares.
