The number of votes in Bonava AB has changed due to conversion of 40,079 Class A shares to 40,079 Class B shares. The number of votes in the company hereby amounts to 603,898,600.
According to Bonava's articles of association, owner of a Class A share has the right to request that such share is converted to a Class B share. Each Class A share carries ten votes and each Class B share one vote. In April, a total of 40,079 Class A shares were converted to a total of 40,079 Class B shares at the request of shareholders.
Following the conversions, there were as of 30 April 2024, the last trading day of the month, 31,231,316 Class A shares and 291,585,440 Class B shares. The number of votes in the company hereby amounts to 603,898,600 based on the number of registered shares. The total number of registered shares amounts to 322,816,756.
